I often hear business owners talk about how difficult it is to find good employees, like in the old days. Maybe people are starting to understand the inherent slavery in the job world, and how it stifles their creative and unique genius.
Incentives and competition are rapidly losing their sexy appeal, as we are beginning to realize the corrupt nature that comes with the separated mind. People want to be united, we don’t want to pick a political side, we don’t want to prove ourselves better than our neighbor, and we certainty don’t want to continue a life where we question a moral standard to increase profits by believing “that’s just the way it is.” Bullshit!
