When we find ourselves in a place where our stomach aches from emotional turmoil, we need to recognize the opportunity for growth. Often times the solution is the adjustment of certain daily habits; without these moments of discomfort, we would not take action towards the healing process.
If we can learn to accept these moments of pain, we can get over the suffering it causes and reach for a more expanded self through growth. The solution will commonly be “Doing what you can now, to express and receive more love.”
